SCOPE OF WORKS
The project involved a high-spec office refurbishment at GP Shipping’s headquarters in Immingham, delivered within a two-week programme. Works included the refurbishment of executive offices, a boardroom, and staff kitchen, incorporating bespoke joinery, custom storage solutions, new flooring and ceilings, wall finishes, and full mechanical and electrical upgrades. Custom-made furniture with granite worktops and feature panelling was installed to align with GP Shipping’s corporate identity while enhancing functionality.
The project was delivered in line with all relevant health and safety legislation, with strict site controls in place due to the occupied office environment and compressed programme. Detailed planning, risk assessments, and method statements ensured works were completed safely and efficiently, with minimal disruption to business operations.
The refurbishment was completed on time and to a high standard, delivering a modern, professional, and highly functional workspace.
