SCOPE OF WORKS

The project involved the full internal fit-out of a new Starbucks drive-thru in Rotherham, delivered within a fast-track six-week programme. Works included installation of ceramic and safety flooring suitable for high-traffic and back-of-house areas, partitioning and dry lining to form operational and customer zones, ceiling and wall feature installations in line with Starbucks brand standards, seating and upholstery, bespoke joinery and casework, and final decoration and artwork installation.

Due to the condensed programme and multiple specialist trades on site, detailed planning, sequencing, and coordination were essential. All works were carried out in compliance with health and safety legislation, with strict quality control measures in place to ensure finishes met Starbucks’ operational and design requirements. Close collaboration with JSP and other contractors ensured safe, efficient delivery without compromise to standards.

The project was completed on time and within budget, delivering a fully branded, functional, and visually distinctive commercial interior. The finished space meets operational demands while providing a welcoming customer environment consistent with Starbucks’ national design standards, demonstrating our capability to deliver high-quality commercial fit-outs within fast-track programmes that support local employment and community use.
