Bristol Airport

08/04/2026

SCOPE OF WORKS

The project comprised a coordinated package of internal fit-out, fire protection, and finishing works within a live airport environment. Works included dry lining and ceiling installations, spraying of ceilings, soffits and bulkheads, wall cladding systems, floor finishes, fire door installations, fire protection works, decoration, and the installation of kitchen and toilet facilities. All activities were delivered in line with strict security, safety, and operational requirements.

All operatives, materials, and equipment were subject to airport security clearance, requiring detailed pre-planning of labour, logistics, and sequencing. Works were undertaken within restricted access windows and out-of-hours periods, including night shifts, to minimise disruption to passengers and airport operations. Close liaison was maintained with airport authorities and the client team to coordinate permits, access, and compliance, with strict adherence to health, safety, and fire regulations throughout.

The project was delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards within a complex, high-risk, live environment. The successful delivery demonstrates our capability to operate within secure, highly regulated settings, managing restricted access and fast-track programmes while maintaining safety, compliance, and quality.
